We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your Sokoo account,
please read the following important information.
Important Notice
Deactivating your account will suspend your access. While you can
recover your account later, you will temporarily lose access to
your transaction history and wallet balance until recovery.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Your personal information will be permanently deleted from our
active systems

Your transaction history will no longer be accessible to you
- Any pending transactions may be cancelled

You will no longer be able to use your phone number to create a
new account for 30 days

Certain data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance
(up to 7 years for financial records)
Account Recovery Available
After deactivating your account, you can recover it at any time
using the Account Recovery page.
Simply verify your phone number and your account will be reactivated.

- Make sure you have no pending transactions
- Withdraw or use any remaining wallet balance
- Download any transaction records you may need
